Our proposal is the 150 by 150 metre structure that was slated to be built in the Zabeel Park in Dubai as the symbol of the city . It was the first ever of its kind, operating as a spokeless Ferris wheel, each carries pods that revolve around inside tracks and bring people to the observational deck and the museum from the upper floor. It was register in 2009 at Romanian State Office for Inventions and Trademarks as the first ever of its kind in the world.
