We have created a complex and complete functional unit that can be experienced in stages — both from a distance, at the macro-urban scale, through the play of volumes on the upper floors that fragment the massive bar bordering the boulevard, and up close, through the detailed elements perceived at eye level.
It is a layered volumetry, where each layer features specific details and finishes, depending on the distance from which it is perceived.
The generous double-height lobby connects two distinct public spaces at ground level and the urban garden on the first floor, each with different ambient typologies.
The ground floor, integrated with urban circulation and complementary functions, is balanced by the elevated urban garden on the first floor, offering an oasis of peace and relaxation, as well as a panoramic view of the surroundings.
At the level of shared public spaces, the first-floor garden is equipped with green areas and benches, encouraging social interaction and providing mental comfort as a space for rest and relaxation.
We placed special emphasis on the relationship between the dwelling and nature/outdoor space.
Thus, each apartment benefits from very large balconies, which are treated as extensions of the living space, not just as decorative façade elements.
The volumetric articulation enhances the setbacks from neighboring buildings and allows the creation of extremely comfortable green terraces.
We took advantage of the natural slope of the land to create, in the basement, a spa complex with a 19-meter swimming pool and fitness areas, so that residents of the complex can enjoy comfort and relaxation.
Additionally, our research has shown that common spaces have a significant impact on mental well-being, which is why we paid special attention to the interior design of these areas — both the floor corridors, as well as the lobby and spa zones.
