Villa GUD is a high-end residence composed of a spa area and a living area.

The spa facilities are located on the basement level, with the project's distinctive feature being the glazed surface that offers views into the swimming pool situated on the ground floor.

The ground floor is dedicated to the common living spaces and includes the living room, kitchen, home office, and an outdoor terrace with a swimming pool. The first floor accommodates the private sleeping area, while the top floor houses an apartment designed specifically for the family's teenage son.
