The project involved managing a highly challenging situation, on a site with a 16-meter elevation difference, an atypical geometry, and two existing dysfunctional buildings that required functional reconfiguration and coherent integration.
The architectural solution consisted of the carefully controlled, surgical placement of a new building with mixed-use functions – event spaces, a spa center with a pool, a bar, technical areas, and a dedicated parking lot.
An exterior elevator, conceived not only as infrastructure but also as a vertical visual landmark, acts as an identity element – an architectural totem that defines the iconic image of the entire hotel complex.
